Kombu is a popular sea vegetable, generally used as a soup stock addition. Also known for its aid in alleviating flatulence in bean dishes, healing and soothing mucilage to help with relieving colitis, constipation and bowel inflammation.

Broadest range of minerals of any food, Sea Vegetables contain virtually all minerals found in the ocean; the same minerals found in the human blood. By absorbing sea minerals, a new marine super food is created.
